Requirements

✓South African citizen, under 30 years old

✓Completed undergraduate qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science, Business Management Sciences, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, ESG and Environmental Studies, Insurance and Risk Management, or Risk and Compliance Management

✓Not currently studying at another institution

✓Not registered on another learnership or internship programme

✓Available to start 1 October 2026 and commit to the full 24-month contract

✓Proficient in spoken and written English

What the role involves

▸Gain supervised exposure to audit planning, internal controls and business process analysis

▸Work on risk management, working papers and evidence-based recommendations

▸Complete formal training modules toward the Occupational Certificate: Internal Auditor

▸Based at Standard Bank's Johannesburg offices (30 Baker Street and/or 5 Simmonds Street, Rosebank)
