About this bursary

Investec's Tertiary Bursary Programme goes beyond funding, pairing every bursar with an Investec staff mentor for the duration of their studies and running a week-long Work Readiness programme at their Sandton office for third and final year students. Out of thousands of applicants each year, roughly 50 to 55 are shortlisted, with up to 30 ultimately awarded the bursary.

Requirements

✓South African citizen with academic potential and financial need

✓Matric exemption (or working towards one) with a minimum 70% in English and Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)

✓Minimum 60% pass rate in all other subjects

✓Studying towards a financial sector-related degree at a South African university
